GBGood service Day 1 of installation and so far so good. The tech did a good job going over the contract, letting us make choices as per installation and providing needed information. Nice guy and good discounts too!

GBExcellent service and demonstration of new equipment Mark Bryant was the upmost professional. He came in and installed a completely new system even working thru the last companies issues with improper installation. He took his time and made sure everything was done correctly and made sure we were comfortable with the system before finishing the job. THANKS

GBExcellent Today's service was absolutely excellent! Jesse Jimenez went above & beyond installing the equipment & walk me through every step in using & setting up my service. I can honestly say that I have never dealt with any technician like Jesse before! :) My service is running smoothly & I now know that my home is safe & secure! Thank you Smiths & Jesse for such great customer service. I will most definitely be referring my friends & family over for service!

GBDishonesty and failure to follow through I called Smith, they said: $17.95 using my equip. then they changed it to $24.95 during the install. The final price is almost $40.00 and it took them 12 days to get back to finish and that was after several calls. Now, the system is still beeping and I can't get them back. I will be notifying BBB and the FTC.
