Great Installation service tech! Our tech Robert was punctual, called ahead of arrival. He went above and beyond to mount our service where we wanted in our home. If our monitoring service experience is as good as our installation and training service has been; it will be Great! We are very happy customers and will be glad to recommend Smith to our friends and family.

very bad service Do not sign a 3yr agreement with this comapny, whatever they tell you. They do not provide the level of service they say they will provide.

Smith Alarm Install Friendly, and straight forward, Tech, and paperwork was not overwhelming. After shopping several companies they after a pretty good deal which included 3 months free. Installer was a few minutes late but did call during the time frame to let me know he was on the way.

Excellent Today's service was absolutely excellent! Jesse Jimenez went above & beyond installing the equipment & walk me through every step in using & setting up my service. I can honestly say that I have never dealt with any technician like Jesse before! :) My service is running smoothly & I now know that my home is safe & secure!
