Smith Alarm Install Friendly, and straight forward, Tech, and paperwork was not overwhelming. After shopping several companies they after a pretty good deal which included 3 months free. Installer was a few minutes late but did call during the time frame to let me know he was on the way.

Unbelievably bad experience over the past 3 weeks I opted for you company because of the reviews and have had nothing but problems and excuses. A few days after the system was installed I had to have your tech out to work on the system. I continued to have issues and when I called to cancel my service, I received all type of excuses and reasons. One thing is sure, I will most likely not be a long term customer of your company. Sorry to have to write this but you should under promise and over deliver. You have a long way to go.

very bad service Do not sign a 3yr agreement with this comapny, whatever they tell you. They do not provide the level of service they say they will provide.
