New install Very good explanation and services. Great customer service from the two who came to install and explain. The one issue we had is getting the iPhone app to work....

Dishonesty and failure to follow through I called Smith, they said: $17.95 using my equip. then they changed it to $24.95 during the install. The final price is almost $40.00 and it took them 12 days to get back to finish and that was after several calls. Now, the system is still beeping and I can't get them back. I will be notifying BBB and the FTC.

Smith Alarm Install Friendly, and straight forward, Tech, and paperwork was not overwhelming. After shopping several companies they after a pretty good deal which included 3 months free. Installer was a few minutes late but did call during the time frame to let me know he was on the way.

Good service Day 1 of installation and so far so good. The tech did a good job going over the contract, letting us make choices as per installation and providing needed information. Nice guy and good discounts too!

Excellent service and demonstration of new equipment Mark Bryant was the upmost professional. He came in and installed a completely new system even working thru the last companies issues with improper installation. He took his time and made sure everything was done correctly and made sure we were comfortable with the system before finishing the job. THANKS
