GBthe financial part of my transaction… the financial part of my transaction was not truthful, I spent three times more than I was quoted, I was not happy at all with the way prices was quoted to me and then after instillation , was twice more, I did not like that payments was automatically taken out of my account .. quotes was too high given correct numbers after instillation

GBBad experience. I'm regretted to sign this contract now. I wanted to get things started on 5/15, which is the day my current plan ends. Jason Scott did not explain things well to me and it is indeed the billing cycle starts on 5/15, I'm still being charged since 5/4.Also Jason Scott promised that he would help me install a door camera and left his number on a piece of paper so I can call him when the camera is ready, but after he left I could not find the number anymore. it's reasonable to assume he took it away when he left. Anyway, I installed it myself. You guys are just trying to trick the customer into signing the contract in whatever way possible. I will definitely not recommend ADT with other friends.

GBI have had my share of weird… I have had my share of weird circumstances since the install of my security system. Both Anthony and Rob have taken excellent care of me. I feel at ease with my choice of security systems. They have been very polite and professional with my total service since the original install. Great service and two thumbs up.

GBBe careful - they are a bit deceptive Installation and technician were great !! I am disappointed by the amount of attempted up-selling and the deceptive nature of their advertising flyers. Unless you read it carefully you will assume that you are getting coverage for 15 windows and doors in the package. Not so !! You get a couple because like me you may have missed how they stressed pre-wired sensors. They give you like 2 wireless contacts and then charge $139 each for the other 13 that are not in the package. If you want the phone ap, well that's another $20 a month. Then I just found their $100 gift card form - guess what - they outsourced this and you have to send a $5 money order to them to get the $100 that ADT promised. Really nice, huh? Their business is based upon trust - they have certainly not earned that. We'll see what happens in 2 years after the contract expires.

GBFalse promises False promises. When we signed up for ADT, and being on a tight budget, we agreed to go with the "minimum" service. However, when the installer arrived, he stated that if we chose that plan we would have to pay several hundreds of dollars for installation fees, so we opted for the costlier service. Furthermore, we were promised a 200 dollar gift card, which after installation that promise changed to a 100 dollar gift card, but still, to this day, have received several bills however no gift card... wonder why?
