GBWe just received a wireless installation We just received a wireless installation. Every day we get many calls and emails about our system not communicating with vector. When we call, they don’t know why or they run a test. They say the “test” is working and then an hour later it’s not working. This company is such a waste of daily time and money. Very frustrated. Also, I’ve called the Fort Lauderdale office. No one answers, so I leave a message and never get called back.

GBPoor service response I usually read reviews but a friend referred vector (what a mistake). It’s holiday season and I am stuck without alarm. Service has no sense of urgency. Devon from tech support was very rude and wants callers to be alarm technicians when you call. Made mistake switching from Brinks

GBBiggest Mistake of Home Purchase was This Alarm System I purchased a home 2 years ago and it was the best decision of my life. The worst decision of my home purchase was signing this 3 year agreement. The camera system is terrible, it is continually getting fixed. The cameras allow you to set limits on recording and how much movement and or not it catches and starts recording. It all is terrible. I have set these limits, walked through them with customer service and took their recommendations. I still have hundreds of recordings a day, reach my monthly quota and then they stop recording. Save yourself and go with Nest or ADT or any other service. I feel like I was ripped off.

GBWorst experience ever! Vector Corporate refuses to let me out of my contract despite me being relocated for work to a place they DO NOT cover. Plus they are taking the equipment out of the house, so what am I still paying for? Just don't do it and call ADT. I thought working with a smaller local company would have benefits as I like to support the local business however, in this case I wish I would have just called a real organization. Stay away at all costs unless you know you will never leave your house under any situation.

GBMy husband was sent to 3 different… My husband was sent to 3 different people to cancel the service. His mother had passed and the house was empty and being sold. They wanted a letter and a copy of the death certificate before they would cancel. If we get another bill from them we will be contacting the BBB and an attorney. What a scam. We will definitely be telling others about our experience.
