GBWorst experience ever! Vector Corporate refuses to let me out of my contract despite me being relocated for work to a place they DO NOT cover. Plus they are taking the equipment out of the house, so what am I still paying for? Just don't do it and call ADT. I thought working with a smaller local company would have benefits as I like to support the local business however, in this case I wish I would have just called a real organization. Stay away at all costs unless you know you will never leave your house under any situation.

GBMade it right I previously left a review and gave them 1 star. The sales rep was out to my home today and is satisfactorily resolving all issues and concerns. I am happy with the system and utilize it remotely. Really like the Wi-Fi thermostat.

GBTerrible company Terrible company, poor equipment, poor service, bad central station monitoring. What more can I say? If you can avoid this company, by all means do so, ESPECIALLY if you are a commercial customer that does not like to be called routinely, late at night, to hear about a faulty unit going off, from a company that makes no attempts to fix the problem. Look at their pathetic reply below…..

GBMy husband was sent to 3 different… My husband was sent to 3 different people to cancel the service. His mother had passed and the house was empty and being sold. They wanted a letter and a copy of the death certificate before they would cancel. If we get another bill from them we will be contacting the BBB and an attorney. What a scam. We will definitely be telling others about our experience.

GBOnly giving one star because I can't… Only giving one star because I can't click zero. I never recalled signing a 60 month contract. I was provided with the alleged contract that i signed. Its definitely not my signature. I told the dealer THE DAY I SIGNED UP FOR SERVICE that i would be moving. He assured me with military orders it would be no problem to cancel. He never said i would either have to sell my house or pay over $2300 for a service contract that was binding for 60 months. If this was the business model from the start, good luck with future military customers and competing in todays market with other security companies.
