Biggest mistake I ever made Biggest mistake I ever made, full of hype at the state fair and everything goes downhill the day after installation. My door bell camera never arrived and my outdoor cameras never arrived as of 2 years later. I stopped using the system within the first year and just pay the bill. I call and try to cancel with an early term but stay on hold for over 2 hours with the retention team. This must be a plot to make you hang up and not cancel. Stay clear of them!!!! Lucky for me I didn't cancel my Xfinity system.

No Problems Over Here If you guys need a great security system.... Titanium is the way to go. Brad was awesome during the sign up process and Roger my technician was excellent getting everything installed. The customer service team is always willing and ready to assist. Go ahead and give Titanium a call.

Titanium It was an adventure trying to get everything set up with payments and security cameras but now that I have all my equipment I’m fine. Most of my problems came with the representative. The people that installed my equipment were great. If could have made the process of getting scheduled and getting the cameras before a couple months they would deserve 5 stars

Terrible customer service Grainy cameras are night I found out this company changed its name due to so many bad reviews. They had Much lower stars ! Look under Titanium (without the home smart part). This is the absolute worst company I’ve encountered they use miss leading sales practices with surprise cost hidden in the contract. They will lie about anything to seal the deal. I experienced horrible install always late missing essential items for install. The cameras are very grainy at night. Cancelation is a night mare. Even if you do everything they ask they will not close out the account on their sides no department knows what the other is doing and will harass you. Trust me reviews can save you! Go directly to a brand that’s stood the test of time or you will be very disappointed down the line.

Do not use Titanium Alarm Company Do not use Titanium Alarm Company. I entered into a contract and changed my bank account information they continued to use the account that I asked them NOT to use, which made me get overdraft fees. When I called they refused to re emburse my fees. This company wants the customer to comply with them, but refuses to do their part when they make a mistake. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL
