GBCamera Installation Robert just installed our 4 cameras around the perimeter of our house. He was extremely professional from the moment he introduced himself until he finished. He made sure everything was to our liking and helped answer any questions we had. It's rare these days to find an installer of any kind that takes the time to understand what the customer's needs are and to make sure they are happy. Robert did an outstanding job overall and the installation process could not have gone any better.

GBTitanium It was an adventure trying to get everything set up with payments and security cameras but now that I have all my equipment I’m fine. Most of my problems came with the representative. The people that installed my equipment were great. If could have made the process of getting scheduled and getting the cameras before a couple months they would deserve 5 stars

GBCan't cancel monitoring service I am living a nightmare trying to cancel. Called customer service multiple times to cancel. They told me a ticket has been submitted to cancellation department and they will call. All I got so far is crickets. I asked for their direct number and they said they don't have one. All they have available is an email address. What good is an email address if they don't respond. No cancellation direct phone number is fishy to me. I have filed complaints to Bureau of investigative services, BBB and Alarm.com.

GBDON'T DO IT DON'T DO IT! The system doesn't work, it takes them a month to send a service technician and even they can't get the system to work. They have you sign a docu sign document and in very small lettering it says you have three days to cancel. I called on day 15 because it wasn't working and wanting to get out of my contract and I'm stuck with them! They had me sign a document to cancel my previous alarm system and they never sent it! It's now February and I still don't have an alarm system that I'm paying for.

GBbilling department is a joke billing department is a joke. I have been dealing with this horrible company since 2019 and the only reason why I still am a active customer is because of the contract I was tricked into signing. I am on manual billing and yet this company keeps charging my card fraudulent and without being unauthorized. They tell me they are deleting my payment info and never do and when you call for help you get the run around. I have to talk to several people to get reimbursed. This has happened about 5 times
