GBWorst customer service & Products I can NEVER get ahold of anyone!! Their customer service is horrible. My doorbell and cameras have been offline and no one answers at customer service...... what a joke! They talked me into non hard wired cameras and said you would maybe have to change the batteries 1-2 times a year..... yeah right! Try every 3-4 weeks AND the batteries are uber expensive. I am beyond frustrated with this company. Unfortunately, I’m locked in a contract.

GBLies and lies is all you get from this… Lies and lies is all you get from this company. They will lure u in 5 years agreement without telling u, they will keep charging u every month even of u dont have a service working. They will cancel appointments on u without telling u, or technician just wont show up. They never answer or call u back when u need them, they will argue with u and will never try to make it up for their shady business. Worst ever.! They only want ur money!

GBWe had ADT before Alliance We had ADT before Alliance. From what we're experiencing, we like Alliance more. It is easier to tell when your system is armed with Alliance than with ADT. We also like the viewer that allows us to see who's at the door. If anyone is thinking of switching their security system, give Alliance a try.

GBCon artists! I recently had a problem “resolved” by Allliance Security. While they did cancel my service in their system I’ve still been getting charged. The refund they issued was not for the full amount I was charged. No one still returns my calls even though I leave voicemails. My calls are forwarded constantly if I call more than once in a day. Like today I was told I would receive a call back in 30-40 minutes so I called back after about an hour and a half to see any progress on the problems that I have been trying to have resolved since before June of 2018. Every time I call I’m either immediately placed on hold then disconnected or forwarded to the voicemail of the extension I call after 2 rings. I’m beyond over this company and I’m looking forward to not having to deal with this company or any of their affiliates again. I wish I had a second set of hands to give them 4 thumbs down!

GBMy experience with Alliance Security… My experience with Alliance Security wasn't good. The service technician was great. The customer service was bad. The service won't work. My husband couldn't connect to the security or doorbell. I had a problem connecting to the security system. Cancel my contract and it is hard getting my funds returned to my bank account. They give you a run-around. The five years contract is also crazy.
