GBso I made an unfavorable review about Link Interactive and this was thier reply so I made an unfavorable review about how long it took to set up account. Link Interactive replies that the problem was a hold on my account. Making it seem like the problem was related to me. When I called the did not indicate a hold on my account. They just said that it was taking longer to process. Buyer beware of a security company that is unable to take responsibility for their own missteps. I now have zero trust in this company and want to make sure other know that hey do not tell the truth. Trust is all important to me as it relates to the company I trust with my home security.

GBHorrible equipment Horrible equipment. I keep getting faulty sensors from them. This is my third home alarm with a do-it-yourself install. Never had this problem before. I would go somewhere else.

GBI am appalled that Link interractive … I am appalled that Link interractive would keep charging me any amount after I explained that my handicapped daughter's condition has worsened and she can't get to the alarm quick enough when it is armed. Unfortunately, I didn't read my contract well enough and didn't know that I had to keep paying for an alarm I am not using. I will send an review of my experience to yelp to warn prospective buyers that they need to think twice before buying an alarm with no heart!!!

GBNever ending problems Never ending problems. On the phone with them every month. They keep identifying new issues with the sensors and the brain. Replaced most of the equipment and gladly paid for it, my problem is that they cannot get my system working no matter what. I don't mind paying, just fix my system!!!! Thoroughly disgusted.

GBDo your research! In advance of spending $$$, I worked with their teams to make sure what of the current security hardware I had would work with the new system. That would also let me know what I needed to purchase. Once I received the system parts, I found that what they said would work, did not. The system was supposed to be easy to install and was not. It has been two years and it still does not work correctly and not only did I have to purchase the equipment, I have had to pay monthly fees. I am very unhappy and will cancel as soon as possible. There are parts that are not installed yet, I even asked if there was a local person we could pay to install the equipment and they could not help at all. A total waste of momey. Do your research, make sure before you spend. I spent over $1K, NOT HAPPY AT ALL
