Good service from Swell Pets - Poor service from Parcel Force The service form Swell Pets was excellent. Unfortunately Parcel Force had at some point dropped the packages causing one case of the wet dog food to split. Quite a lot of the 18 trays were unusable. However, Swell Pets refunded the damaged case without any fuss.

Fantastic Value The large dog cage I ordered arrived within two days, I was just thirty minutes too late to get next day delivery. I was a bit dubious about ordering it because it was so much cheaper than any others I had seen but I needn't have worried, it is exactly as described and very good quality. Excellent packaging and free delivery. A perfect item and great value. I would recommend this particular item from this company one hundred percent.

Excellent and very fast service, will definitely use again We hadn't used this particular supplier before but because our normal one had run out of stock we didn't have a lot of choice....but what a great decision. They have been absolutely excellent - easy to use web site, free postage on our order, plenty of information by email to keep us up to date as to how things were progressing and next day delivery. Highly recommended.

Always know when the delivery will come The free delivery for orders over a certain amount is brilliant. I know my dogs' food will come next day when I order before 3pm the day before. The order has never failed to arrive. I sometimes combine my sister's order with my own so she doesn't have to pay for delivery on her smaller pet food order. Also a lot cheaper than my local pet shops.
