Always know when the delivery will come The free delivery for orders over a certain amount is brilliant. I know my dogs' food will come next day when I order before 3pm the day before. The order has never failed to arrive. I sometimes combine my sister's order with my own so she doesn't have to pay for delivery on her smaller pet food order. Also a lot cheaper than my local pet shops.

After contacting swell by email I heard nothing, after another couple of days I phoned swell only to be told to return the wrong item for my order to be delivered later in the day it was confirmed by email that they did not have the dog drying coat in stock. WHY ARE YOU SELLING PRODUCTS THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE IN STOCK

Appalling. DO NOT USE Their products are reasonably priced but the compliments end here. Like many of the other reviewers have stated here, dreadful customer service, especially on the delivery side of things. Telephone staff are rude and patronising too. I found the same products online for the same price with free delivery and guaranteed one hour delivery slots. Use this company at your peril.
