Good prices but not sure about the products My order delivered next day and a replacement also dispatched super fast, but the first item had creatures in it ( brown weevils/ beetles?) and arrived in a damaged box. The replacement also arrived very quickly, but again the box and contents looked li,e very old stock that had been lying around for a long time and stored in below optimum conditions

Expensive Delivery! We use Swell Pets mainly to buy large (15kg) sacks of premium dog food. It is very convenient to have it delivered to our door, and also cost-effective to receive a good discount for buying in bulk. However the delivery charges considerably reduce the price discount. We live in the UK but not on the 'mainland', but can't believe that delivery charges should be so very different from delivering to the provinces.

Good service from Swell Pets - Poor service from Parcel Force The service form Swell Pets was excellent. Unfortunately Parcel Force had at some point dropped the packages causing one case of the wet dog food to split. Quite a lot of the 18 trays were unusable. However, Swell Pets refunded the damaged case without any fuss.

Swell always make you feel comfortable… Swell always make you feel comfortable and not like your fed wrong information or backed into buying something you don't need. Jamies in there store is always lovely to talk too and always has a smile, as do all the other staff members. I cannot recommend them more!
