GBI had ordered a few items over a month… I had ordered a few items over a month ago and i got 1 item quick and good quality. However i have received several emails telling me the vacuum bags had been shipped only i still have not received them. So i can not in good conscience give more than 1 star a the vacuum bags should be the easier item to get as they are available at wallmart these days. I would just rather get them from a reputable dealer if that were possible. Thank you,David Eggen

GBMy first time to fix my own vacuum I never thought of repairing my Dyson myself but after I took the vacuum head apart to see what was wrong with it, I thought I'd give it a shot. The parts diagrams on the website were very helpful in ordering the right part. The price was right and the part arrived quickly. Once I unboxed it, it took about two minutes to remove the old head and install the new one. I would have liked to seen the part packed a little better but it arrived in perfect condition.

GBThis company is not accessible! Ordered a replacement part on January 14. It's now February 7 and I have received no updates regarding the status. Status online says "order confirmed". Followed up twice by email with no response. Found a phone number on the website and you can't speak anyone as they force you to leave a message. This is terrible customer service. Send me my product or return my money!

GBBrilliant thanks Ordered a vacuum via eBay. the item arrived sooner than expected packed very safely not original box but this was in the advert and packed better then original anyway. All extra parts included. clean tidy ready to go still fantastic little vacuum. And price very well. thanks will recommend to anyone after a cheap vacuum.

GBWhat customer service? There is NONE I bought an end cap to fix my Dyson and had gotten the wrong part so I tried to contact them for a "hassle-free" return and to this day have gotten no response. I left numerous messages, sent several emails and NOTHING. I decided to go elsewhere. What customer service? There was none.
