GBBE CAREFUL when purchasing from this… BE CAREFUL when purchasing from this company … great service on the front end but then when it comes to returns, they go silent. Their own Return Policy on their website encourages you to call first to receive a RMA before mailing a returned item back. I have called and emailed several times with no response. By the way, you only have 30 days to return items … interesting how silent they are.

GBGreat parts and quick delivery I was about to purchase a new Dyson to replace my 7 year old DC25 because the extendable hose had cracks in it. GBImpossible to replace part without a… Impossible to replace part without a diagram. Went to web and there were so many variations. The seller should asked for more specific information on the exact vac model, or give me a phone number to call at Dyson.

GBWhat customer service? There is NONE I bought an end cap to fix my Dyson and had gotten the wrong part so I tried to contact them for a "hassle-free" return and to this day have gotten no response. I left numerous messages, sent several emails and NOTHING. I decided to go elsewhere. What customer service? There was none.
