GBTerrible experience Terrible experience. I have moved 6 times in my life both long and short distance. This was the worst company I ever dealt with. Britney is AWFUL. She should not have any customer facing job. A nightmare.

GBIf I could give them zero If I could give them zero. I would. DO NOT go through this moving company. They are basically brokers and pimp you out to movers. They’ll take your money and then they strategically create a system where once you book your move you can’t even view your order. They took a Tv off my order and brittney has some pompous attitude. Customer service is HORRIBLE. Sales is very helpful because they want money of course. My mom is an attorney so I’ll be handling it that route also wanted to just give a warning. Don’t do it.

GBDo not use this company Do not use this company. Clearly most if not all of the five-star reviews are fake, and 4 or 5 of them will show up all at once to try and balance the average after several one-star reviews are left. Oakdale Moving and Storage lures in customers with a low estimate but by the time of the actual move, the cost jumps 2 to 3 times, and if you cancel, they keep your deposit. That's what happened to me. After I canceled I looked up this company and saw they were formed only last year and they're owned by an individual who also runs another very poorly-reviewed moving brokerage called Concorde Van Lines. I wish I had done my research sooner. Save yourself the hassle and just use legitimate carriers like Allied, or move yourself with a U-Haul. Don't waste your time with Oakdale. You'll either lose money or not get your belongings for another month after you move. (Also, why is the name of the page now called "The Quick Cleaners"? Seems like they're trying to distance their affiliation with all of these bad reviews...)

GBHorrible experience Horrible experience. Please do not do anything with them. they are trained on how to take money from you and then provide less-than-zero service. i can have here a long list of lies they told me - from giving a false quote, from not appearing on the date we said, from not returning my money after complaining. Jenn and Britanny are just bad bad bad people. After you sign the contract with the agent (in my case Jenn) and sent the depost- he/she will not reply to you anymore, only you can talk from that moment with Britanny. I just don't understand how the US government lets such companies exist. Super sad!

GBREAD THE FINE PRINT On my initial phone call with them, they promised the moon and even told me they were full service movers (they aren't). They pressured me to immediately put down a very large deposit, assuring me that it would be fully refundable if I wished to cancel. After reading their (now deleted) google reviews, I realized that they were all fake and that this company is a rebrand of a previous moving brokerage scam called Concord Van Lines. Thank GOD I read my contract--it is specifically worded to trip you up if you want a refund. You have to email a certain address within 72 hours stating your desire to cancel, and you cannot leave a negative social media review--otherwise they state they are entitled to keep your deposit. Once I received email confirmation that I could get my money back, they made me wait 30 BUSINESS DAYS (which ended up being almost 2 whole months) to get my refund. They promised to send it via Zelle, but when the day came, Brittany Dial told me that Zelle wouldn't be possible and they had to send it via check (By the way, she is one of the rudest, most vile people I have ever had the misfortune of interacting with, and I'm sure she is VERY valuable to scam companies like this because of her "talents"). So I had the pleasure of waiting for an extra week for the check to arrive (and when it did, it looked like it was written by a 5th grader, not a legitimate business). Thank god it cleared, and I'm so glad I saw the scam for what it was before the 72 hour waiting period was over. There are lots of horror stories and I'm grateful I listened to my intuition. This place is a classic Florida brokerage scam and once they have enough black marks against their name, I'm sure they'll change it to another moving company in no time to continue their con for years to come. Horrible, evil people preying on folks for the crime of being trusting.
