GBI rate easykey a 5 star because they…politley persisted to fix my problem I rate easykey a 5 star because they were so helpful and very responsive. We had several e-mails and each one was answered in one day. I sent one picture of my broken cabinet lock and easykey quickly diagnosed and knew exactly which lock to send. I had no trouble replacing the old broken lock with this new one so there was not any need to send back the new one. The customer service was always polite and never sounded frustrated. We worked together as a team to find a fix for this problem. Dave

CAmailing address issues - not in your system I had issues with my mailing address and it not being in your system. I was able to get the keys without an issue.

GBI bought locks and cores for my RV I bought locks and cores for my RV. This was my first purchase from EasyKeys. There's a lot of corruption out there these days. I had my fingers crossed I was buying from a legitimate site. I am grateful to report that my experience with EasyKeys was OUTSTANDING! My products were shipped quickly, arrived sooner than expected and I received what I ordered. Great job EasyKeys!!!

GBI had a key made up not realizing that… I had a key made up not realizing that I did not have the proper code. The key, of course, did not fit. My fault. I then realized that the lock also held part of the code which I didn't see until I got my magnifying glass. EasyKeys sent me the correct key and only charged me for the shipping. Thanks, EasyKeys. I definitely would recommend your Company to my friends and family.
