The installer rescheduled our… The installer rescheduled our installation two days before the date and misled us as to the reasoning behind the rescheduling. The salesperson also promised a discount and sent a bill without the discount. It took multiple calls to follow-up on this. In addition, we were hounded to pay a bill the day it was sent (without the promised discount) because it was the end of the month.

The installer decided the previous layers of vinyl didn't need to be removed so now there is a 1.5 in. transition from our dinning room and family rooms to the kitchen.

Dye Problem Resolved I experienced a unique situation. Where the carpet was spliced, there was a color difference between the two pieces. This was a manufacturer issue, not an installation issue. Rather than have the carpet replaced and have to move all of the furniture again, I worked with the manager of installations to have the lighter carpet piece dyed to blend in with the darker colored piece. The dyer did a good job and I don't notice the color difference anymore. The installers were excellent. They were brothers who enjoyed working together. I love the Lee's carpet. It is high quality with an excellent warranty.

Great experience I had a great experience with Bloomington Carpet One. The sales person was very helpful and we were able to quickly find a carpet that met our needs and was available in the time frame we needed it in. The installation was done to meet our schedule which was very helpful since we had multiple projects going on. The installers were excellent. They were very conscientious -- in removing the old carpet, installing the new with no seams showing and in cleaning up after.
