The salesperson also promised a discount and sent a bill without the discount. It took multiple calls to follow-up on this. In addition, we were hounded to pay a bill the day it was sent (without the promised discount) because it was the end of the month.

The installer decided the previous layers of vinyl didn't need to be removed so now there is a 1.5 in. transition from our dinning room and family rooms to the kitchen.

For the cost, quality, and craftsmanship of the product Carpet One has for the consumer, this is an easy decision. We love our new carpet and will be using Carpet One for future purchases.

They did an absolutely fantastic job … They did an absolutely fantastic job laying my carpet. The two guys didn't stop working from the time they got to my place till they left and the carpet looks beautiful! I couldn't have asked for better service. I would highly recommend Carpet One to anyone.
