GBMoved from Florida to Utah Moved from Florida to Utah. Company said it would be in transit for about 7-10 days and ended up taking 31. When our stuff finally arrived it was delivered by a completely different company than who had picked it up. At least 90 percent of our items were damaged, completely broken, or taken apart with no one able to re assemble them. Our mattress had been drug through the dirt and mulch and other furniture had black stains on it. There was absolutely no regard for our items and the company, even though we filled out the paperwork has yet to be in contact to rectify this issue...whatever you do, do not use this company no matter what. They will destroy everything you own, lie to you, and take zero accountability for everything they do.

GBAlmost great Almost great The pickup was great. Everything up until delivery was great. The delivery timing was perfect, but I can't give more than 3 stars because several items were lost. During the hectic unloading and putting things in their place at the delivery, things must've been left on the truck and I reached out to start a trace to see if they could be found but it's been almost two weeks and no information has been shared, so officially 2 children's mats, an entire rolling bag full of things and two large plastic pieces of an outdoor playhouse did not make the delivery. The people were friendly, everything seemed to be wonderful, but I can't let go of the missing property issue.

GBVery pleased! From the first call to make my move to the delivery at my new home Everything was handled seamlessly. Everyone was so helpful especially The movers. Those men could not have been more helpful and Thoughtful at such a stressful time. I especially want to mention Monte, he is an exemplary employee. I would highly recommend National Van Lines to any one.

GBLots of chips in my furniture Lots of chips in my furniture, one piece I may have to have refinished, the driver tried with his stuff but it does not match...This was a split delivery some stuff went to my daughters more than what was supposed to, her garage was overloaded and I’m still missing things...Why I tipped the driver 😠🤷♀️

GBThe worst moving experience I have ever… The worst moving experience I have ever had. So many furniture pieces damaged. They could care less about your about your belongings. Blaming others for the damages. Owner and management unethical! Do not hire this company!!
