GBSave your time, use a more ethical team My experience with National Van Lines and their and their sub (A2B Moving) was mixed. The driver that moved me from Seattle to Phoenix was awesome. Hands down the best I've ever worked with. The people who ran the company business side gouged me, straight and simple. I was guaranteed a NTE price for my interstate move, with a statement that the actual price would be based on weight if the weight was lower than the NTE weight estimated. I was told that once they took the load back to their office, they would weigh it and let me know what the new weight amounted to from a cost perspective. That never happened. They picked up my stuff, moved it 1500 miles and then told me they wouldn't drop it off until I paid the NTE rate. It was a weekend, so there was no one to talk to in the office. So I paid with the understanding that it would be made right. I immediately reached out to the owner of the business and never heard back. It amounted to close to $3000. Very disappointing. My advice to anyone considering this company is DON'T. There are plenty of good, ethical moving companies out there, and no reason to use one that isn't.

GBDon't use if you value your stuff Driver was late and didn't know what he was doing. Movers damaged many pieces of furniture and every single one of our boxes had some kind of damage. 75 inch TV was damaged by the movers. Don't use.

GBA nightmare experience A nightmare experience. They were the most expensive quote I received and unfortunately I did NOT receive the service I was promised. The driver was extremely unprofessional with several hours of delays on both pick-up and delivery dates with ZERO communication. The movers caused close to $1000 in damage to my furniture after they had me pay for full-coverage insurance and now refuse to take responsibility for the damage. I pointed out the damage to the mover and the driver immediately who apologized for the partner mover not being careful taking the items out of the truck. The driver told me I would have to call National Van Lines’ customer service line to file a claim. These people are only focused on creative excuses to avoid paying out claims. The worst kind of scam company. I am out $300+ for insurance on top of the near $1000 in damaged furniture I need to replace. I have moved SEVERAL times and have never had such a horrible experience!

GBThe worst moving experience I have ever… The worst moving experience I have ever had. So many furniture pieces damaged. They could care less about your about your belongings. Blaming others for the damages. Owner and management unethical! Do not hire this company!!

GBWe were told conflicting information… We were told conflicting information about when Packers and loaders were coming. Were told would pack one day and load the next. Happened all in one day. Were told there would be 3 packets. 3 people showed up but one walked around the house and quit. I do feel bad for the other 4 people who worked very hard and efficiently. I have no problem with them. But the communication and information from National was very poor and disappointing.
