SCAM Do not give this company your bank info. They will immediate draft you and become unresponsive. I put down a deposit for a move and called back to cancel within 24hr as stated in the contract for refundable cancellation. It’s been more than 2 months and this so called company refuses to give me my refund. I’ve called and emailed several times, each time being told LIES. This company doesn’t operate with any ethics and will ghost you ASAP when you put down deposit.

Relax movers My husband gave the proposal of booking Executive Van Lines. He was very keen to try n movers because of amazing reviews on the internet. I am glad I listened to him. They exceeded my expectations. Recommended.

3 outstanding employees I spoke with Justin in the call center, I didn't get his last name, but he has a southern twang to his voice, he was so sweet and helpful!! I also spoke with Rebecca in cancellations, which let's be honest, probably isn't a fun job, but she was super polite and professional and kind and understanding and efficient!! And your sales rep, Tye Scott is an absolute doll. He made the whole customer experience so easy and comfortable. He took his time helping me understand, and provided a few wholesome laughs along the way (and we all know the world needs those!) I feel awful about having to cancel my reservation, which likely impacted his ability to collect commission for the time he spent helping me. You've selected some fantastic individuals for your team. You should be very proud and willing to give raises, they work hard and it shows!!

I would give a zero if I could I would give a zero if I could. I moved April of 2022 This is a moving broker and our intitial quote was $15,450 when all was said and done our move was $37,000. There was nothing we could do because they had our stuff. From the packers to the transport to the delivery of our belongings, everyone said it would cost more. I was told by the original person I talked to that my price wouldn’t change. My stuff would not go into storage it would go straight to my new location. I asked all the right questions about it being a moving broker and was lied to all the way. I could have sold everything I owned and bought new for the price it ended up costing me. I had to buy a ton of stuff to replace what was broken anyway. To unload the truck they just hire random people off the street. I was missing items and totes. Who do you blame so many hands were on our stuff and you have no idea who took it. Beware

Do not hire Executive Van Lines as your… Do not hire Executive Van Lines as your moving broker. We did and they hired a company who has been holding our items for over 2 months and still won’t confirm the location of our items or when we will get them. We have been lied to several times and the story constantly changes from a van breaking down, to being involved in an accident, to being in a warehouse in Jersey and now apparently it’s just been sitting in a warehouse in Las Vegas. We requested them to have a driver send pictures of our items upon his arrival and they said they would. No pictures have been sent and they are ignoring our calls. Executive has not helped us resolve this. They just keep telling us that the moving company, Dynamic Movers, are responsible and will keep us updated with any changes. I can NOT recommend this company to anyone.
