10/10 service 10/10 service, was not the cheapest but they did what they promised, didn't charge hidden fees. Very upfront. The other companies just wanted my money they wanted to move me. Mark Anderson the representative that took care of my move made the whole experience so much easier and was very informative he removed the stress of this experience and I thank him for his help!😄🙌💯

Called for a quote. Called for a quote.. was ridiculously high.. then trying to get me to reserve I got high pressured sales guy Dillon go back Nd forth and they cMe down 1k on price. And kept pushing and pushing for down-payment.. if high pressure sales is your tactics..then I don't believe your ratings are accurate!!!

On 3/6/22 i asked this company to leave… The GM of Executive Van Lines is the BEST. I previously wrote a negative review and he reached out to me and got the situation resolved. He was open minded and extremely kind. I am very grateful for his help and I recommend this company. A complete professional who cares about doing a good job and keeping consumers happy.

Terrible Scam Company!! Terrible Scam Company!!! They are just moving brokers that want you to keep paying more money. They don't do refunds even you want to cancel the service 7 days ahead, on the pick up day the carrier blackmailed me for an extra $800 as a shuttle fee, After a month of waiting (picked up on May 24, estimated delivery date should be June 11, Now is June 28) I tried to reach out to their customer service a few times, but every time they put me at least 2 more hrs waiting, then told me they can not get any response from the carrier, they don't know where my items are now and can't give me estimated delivery date. Everyone should avoid this scam company! they do not care your items at all! this terrible company will get a lawsuit someday!

Scammers Scammers! We contracted for move from CA to NV and paid $4884 deposit. Note: this is a freight broker not a mover. Real moving companies do not charge a deposit! Tried to contact prior to scheduled move and phones inoperable (just a busy signal on all lines) and emails bounced back undeliverable. Long story short, had to contract with another company and used United. They did a GREAT job and their price was $2000 LESS than Executive. I've been contacted by other unhappy victims who are setting up a class action suit agains Executive. I will be participating in the lawsuit. I want my $4884 deposit back!
