Fabulous move! They arrived on time and were very efficient. They did a great job of Tetris'ing everything in to fit efficiently. They wrapped everything loose, safely moved my pictures in a separate box from the rest of the bulky items, and moved everything into my storage unit (which was much smaller than my house). I will be re-hiring them when my new place is ready.

They never showed up I had a representative named John that was nice in the beginning, then once I signed the contract and the moving date started getting closer, he had a covid exposure (I don't buy it) and could no longer help with any questions. They gave me a 3 day pickup window, that came and went while I was waiting with all of my bags packed. I kept calling and asking for updates, I was told that I would know when the drivers would arrive before they (the company) did because the drivers would contact me directly. That never happened and the movers never showed up. I never heard from American again. I was stuck last minute having to move an apartments' worth of stuff all by myself (a single young woman) because American totally ghosted me. Pick a different company, these people aren't to be trusted

Moving wouldn’t be moving without some… Moving wouldn’t be moving without some sort of stress. Although my pickup information wasn’t provided until crunch time, the crew that arrived Sprinter Van Lines did a fantastic job. AMF was helpful throughout each step of the way just like advertised. For what it’s worth, your dispatcher needs a raise. He made himself available at all times. Thank you AMF

They will steal your items and… They will steal your items and damage mostly all. They will not take your claims. The worst decision I ever made. They ruined almost everything I own. They won't answer the emails or call. The employees charged me more when they got to my home when I literally listed everthing they where moving. I got robbed by the employees twice. They stole items off the truck. DON'T DO IT!!!!

Absolutely disgusting "business" Absolutely disgusting and deplorable tactics used by this "company". These thieves will quote a "too good to be true" price, and WILL... not if... WILL add "fees" or extras without a single notice. Sometimes even after the pick up your items, therefore you cannot back out now that they are holding your belongings hostage. Called to schedule delivery and still have not heard back. They will also try to justify their practices with zero remorse or guilt. DO NOT USE THESE P.O.S.'s!!!
