CAThe worst experience of my life The worst experience of my life. I have moved from Alberta to Houston Tx with no issues and from Houston to Midland Tx with no issues. My adventure started with ever incompetent Jeff Newman and Kayla Costelloe. After failing to contact me to inform what date my goods would require me to meet at customs. I was hit with an additional $5k usd charge to unload in Edmonton and then move to Grande Prairie AB. Keep in my mind i had already paid over $17k usd to move from Midland Tx to Grande Prairie AB. at this point they had my goods hostage and threatened to charge outrageous storage fees until i paid the additional $5k moving fee. When my goods finally arrived in Grande Prairie I actually had to help unload the truck as they didn't bring enough staff to perform the job. Then to top all of this off, I pointed out that one of items had been damaged to the driver. He failed to inform me that I needed to note that on the deliver sheet so now they are refusing my claim. In addition to the driver I emailed Kayla during the delivery to inform her that I had a damaged item and she too failed to inform me to mark it on delivery sheet but provided a claims form. I am still being denied any reimbursement, due to complete incompetence of the Coleman/Allied staff. Go somewhere else for your move. -2 star is possible.

GBWORST MOVING COMPANY EVER WORST MOVING COMPANY EVER! Misquoted entire load, had to book 2nd load taking 1/2 a month to get, didn't put bed or bedding needed on 1st load, broke countless items, packers walked off job, ran out of boxes, charged $40K and left us to pack own stuff, dumped drawers on floor, crushed delicate boxes, customer service doesn't care - nightmare start to finish on every level imaginable! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

GBMoved my elderly parents from Georgia… Moved my elderly parents from Georgia to Florida. They had a driveway with narrow turning access. The rep came out and assured them that a straight truck would be needed due to the nature of the neighborhood and their driveway. They explained that there would not be a problem entering their property with that particular truck. HOWEVER, on the morning of the move, a large tractor trailer showed up. We explained that they told us a straight truck would be sent. We were told they would try to call and get the correct truck. The truck was unavailable. We were then told they would have to send a U-Haul truck and make trips back-and-forth between the incorrect tractor trailer they sent and my parents’ house. We were also told there would be numerous charges added to the bill at that time. My elderly parents were standing in their driveway with all of their belongings packed and ready to go. There was no way to change what was happening. We were also told to call and explain what had happened to the area supervisor. Upon making that phone call, we were told it was not their fault and we would have to pay the extra $1000. Basically, you signed the contract- so pay. It is clearly written on the contract that we have that a straight truck was to be sent, but they continue to badger my father over the extra money and have even threatened him with legal action. It saddens me that a business such as this is allowed to lie and bully its customers. Beware of extra charges, and pack your valuables yourself. Many items were broken in the move. We had used them prior to this, but will not use them in our upcoming move.

GBTerrible experience with Coleman… Terrible experience with Coleman Worldwide Moving. Hired them for an interstate move and their delivery was made 7 days later than the last date of their 10 day confirmed delivery window. They lost multiple items from my shipment. The missing items were noted as such on the delivery paperwork with the driver. Filed a claim for their replacement which they said would take 6-8 weeks to process. Then they denied the claim saying the items weren't noted on the delivery paperwork even though I have photographs of that paperwork showing that I did call out the missing items. Find someone else or rent a U-Haul before you go with this company.

GBColeman packers in Texas were the… Coleman packers in Texas were the worst! Many personal items that can never be replaced were damaged completely. And all I get is their 'claims' people with Eagle Services telling me to send pictures and the woman in the claims department says she can't open the attachments or the zip files????
