Coleman Worldwide Moving/Allied Corruption PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE spare yourself the grief and don't hire Coleman Worldwide Moving/Allied! We have made several moves over the years and never encountered the disaster that we just experienced with this company. We have over 15 boxes missing. Countless items and furniture were damaged. TV and golf clubs are missing. The parts box to all of our furniture was missing, so all of our furniture was delivered disassembled. We paid for the 100% value insurance protection to protect ourselves at the begining of the move, and they are not honoring it. Spare yourself the anguish and cost of hiring an attorney and use a legitimate company that follows protocols and abides by the rules setforth by the FMCSA.

Beware... Beware - cherry picked reviews! This company has no business quoting new business when they cannot resource the work they have contracted now. Where are our belongings? Five days late and counting. No ETA in sight!

Coleman is another word for nightmare Value I only wish there was a zero star rating. The salesman talked real sweet game and told me that he’d be with us throughout the move. We moved across country and had a guaranteed rate. All of the sudden the weight of our shipment increased by 2000 pounds. Considering we had already sold our couch, king size bed, all the bedroom furniture, the dining room, and more things there is no way we increased but they demanded another $2000 or they would not deliver our items. they packed in such a way that we have more broken things than we have ever had and all the years we’ve been moving for business purposes. When you open the box and find no white paper to wrap your breakables, you just cry before you even get any further. We paid for unpacking service , and when the driver arrived, he had absolutely no idea that we had paid for a full unpack, and we have had to wait a full week for them to get people out to unpack. We were supposed to have a total of eight boxes that were for closing, and we got two, all of our clothes were taken off hangers, and the hangers placed on top of the clothes in the top of the box just loose laying around. fortunately we had furnished our new home prior to arrival or we would not have had anything that we could use to live. When we unpacked one box that had been in the truck, the driver brought it off, soaking wet, leaking chemicals, the people that Coleman hired to pack us packed chemicals from under the sink that they were told not to pack, and the chemicals exploded in the truck and on top of that , we had food in the same box rocket science tells me you don’t mix under the sink items with food. The driver said he picked up the load from the warehouse floor. We had been told it was going right onto a moving truck that it was being shuttle from our home to an 18 wheeler that also turned out to be a lie . Our items sat in a warehouse for seven days. So if you want a really eventful move one where nothing is packed correctly and the service is below one star then call Coleman Allied if you expect service quality guarantee and professionalism call anybody but them I’m sure U-Haul could’ve done better .

Unethical and Unprofessional Driver was unprofessional, unethical, and didn't follow company protocol. Many items are missing/stolen or broken and company will take little responsibility or accountability. Buyers beware!!

Canceled at last minute We scheduled our move and arranged things to move on a Friday to reduce costs and was told that a weekday move should be easy to schedule - especially in December - because almost no one moves in December. We signed their quote about 2 weeks before the move date. We were only moving about 1 mile in Henderson, NV. 72 hours before the move (and 48 hours) before they were to start packing us, they canceled. She simply said we overbooked that day. Wow! They asked us if we'd move on Saturday instead. We agreed. The next day they informed us (by text) that they couldn't do that either. They simply do not stand behind their commitments. They are obviously not well organized and are poorly managed to allow this to occur. If they had given us a week or so notice, we would have had time to find another mover. She said their other clients were booked before me, so they knew the date was overbooked (when I signed the quote) but they still didn't tell us until the last minute. I received no recommendations for other companies, no help in solving our problem. Just a text saying sorry and canceling the move. So if you have to move because your lease is up, or you sold your house, and cannot adjust the moving date at the last minute, you should avoid this company.
