I was disappointed with this visit as… I was disappointed with this visit as the person who came for the inspection was half an hour late. The appointment was for 7am so I was awake and ready, but had to sit around waiting for him to turn up which he eventually came at 730. Last appointment I had the same person and he was also late and went to the wrong house. Previous to these two appointments, the person doing the inspections was always at my door at the specified time.

Yearly inspection We had our yearly inspection today at 13 Lodge Ave Old Toongabbie 2146 Your 2 men who introduced themselves to us Sean and Cooper both had excellent customer service and were very polite in everything they did. Do not use Rentokil Albury Do not use Rentokil Albury. I have recently had a terrible experience with these guys. Failed to check bait station on time because apparently I was too far away after they had already committed to the job. In this time i had termites move to other areas of the house. Following that i had trouble getting a report from them and when i did it was not even for my property.
