A good company and people Over the years that I have used Rentokil I found them to be very professional and competent in their work. The technician I have had in this time, Ron, has always kept me informed on what he is doing, what needs to be done and I have found him to be very polite and helpful.It is he and his work ethics that keep me to continuing to use Rentokil. I would also add that their products work very well and leaves my property pest free from one inspection to the other.

On Time, Thorough and same day Reporting - Wonderful Personal Touch and Efficient The office gave me a timely notice of when the inspector was next in my area and then worked with me to book in the ideal visit appointment. The technician arrived dead on time, performed the inspection thoroughly and quickly. I received the report via email on the same day of the inspection which showed how wonderfully efficient my local office operates. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and helpful.

They drilled holes in our spa pipes,was… They drilled holes in our spa pipes,was hoping to use over Xmas break. Didnt fill some of the holes they drilled. 2 guys came to do the treatment, one was called away, I felt it was a very rushed job, that is why mistakes were made. Very disappointing, I recommended a client of mine to Rentokil but they have not contacted her.

I was disappointed with this visit as… I was disappointed with this visit as the person who came for the inspection was half an hour late. The appointment was for 7am so I was awake and ready, but had to sit around waiting for him to turn up which he eventually came at 730. Last appointment I had the same person and he was also late and went to the wrong house. Previous to these two appointments, the person doing the inspections was always at my door at the specified time.
