GBJUST PURCHASED THE VICTORIAN STRAIGHT… JUST PURCHASED THE VICTORIAN STRAIGHT WATER VALVE STOP FOR MY VICTORIAN TOILET AND BATHROOM. IT IS GETTING INSTALLED IN 2 DAYS. SO I CANT GIVE IT A FIFTH STAR UNTIL I SEE THE FIT AND FUNCTION...BUT THE CHROME PLATING AND STURDINESS OF IT LOOKS AS THOUGH IT COULD BE AN ORIGINAL ANTIQUE....SO FAR VERY SATISFIED.

GBFrom my phone calls and emails with… From my phone calls and emails with Doris to the delivery from the freight co everything was top notch A+ customer service. Oh and the tub is beautiful. Arrived wrapped like a baby and at 60 pounds we easily carried it inside. It's not installed yet so I can't comment on ease of install but the feet went on easily. I'm so glad I chose Vintage tubs in PA for our bath remodel.

GBTub came in great shape Tub came in good condition and a well packed container. It is great looking in our bathroom. Our remodel isn't completed so we haven't been able to use it yet. Very happy with our purchase.

GBThe sink we purchased was extremely…fragile and not fit for kitchen use The sink we purchased was extremely expensive, yet extremely fragile. It was never advertised as “fragile”. After only 3 months of use it is chipped. The paint it chipping off and there are actual pieces of the sink chipping off. Our kitchen sink is used for doing dishes, nothing out of the normal. Extremely disappointed in the quality and advertisement. Not sure why a kitchen sink would be made out of such fragile material. This sink was the most expensive sink we ever purchased, and it looks like it has been beat up for 25 years at just under one year old. Kristine Dickson

GBvery poor customer service I am a pro customer. Ordered a utility sink and ultimately received the wrong mounting bracket. Notified the person who sent it too me and was told by email "we" would get back to you. Emailed several times with no response after not hearing anything back for several days.Finally heard back after 10 days and informed me that they only deal with orders and that customer service would need to help me. Why were the last 3 emails not responded to to tell me this? When customer service took over they just simply re-ordered the same bracket that does not fit. I have informed them of such and no response after 2 days. Very poor experience.
