Wow - Exceptional Wow. I had no idea you could receive an exceptional faucet like this! Although receiving ours took a while, it was hand-wrapped in cloth to protect it. (Who does that??) Our interior decorator recommended Vintage Tub and I got the bathtub faucet of my dreams!

"I ordered the DreamLine Neo Shower- Good Customer Service but Ridiculously Poor Shipping with Damage "I ordered the DreamLine Neo Shower. I received the first base damaged. The problem is that the base is not being packed well. Called and customer service was great and said they would send a new base. I was supposed to be contacted when the order went to the warehouse. Never heard until I got an email ready to ship. Ok so I waited 8 days from start to finish and got the replacement. Again it was damaged but now I have no choice because they need to get going to finish the job. I was very disappointed because whoever is packing these bases are not inspecting them because I assume they are made somewhere else. If not then whoever is packing them needs to make a better more well cushioned and protected box."

Vincent is the most charming helpful person and made it so easy to choose a very affordable beautiful tub .... compared with other companies it was a steal . Well built product The shower kit seems to be of high quality and I expect to get many years of service from it. Instructions were sparse, but the work does require plumbing skills, and unless you're an accomplished handyman, customers should hire one. Service was good, I called hoping to buy a shut off valve for the shower riser but there isn't one available. I would shop here again
