Trustworthy and professional For nearly 5 years, Nicola Meese (solicitor) and Emma have gone the extra mile with my complex claim. They always took the opportunity to explain to me. They made sure I received the help I needed. Although my claim is not yet settled, they are helping me. I was difficult case, as in the meantime many unseen problems arose. This was not helped because of covid and the situation in the world. I still felt well informed and looked after, They have been helping me and have worked with my issues all the time. I do highly recommend them and have appreciated their professionalism, their friendly approach and courtesy. Should anything happen again in the future, they will be my first port of call.

Good communication Didn't have a great deal of contact with OCL Solicitors as they were instructed by One Call Claims but they kept me informed and updated throughout the process.

They kept me updated during the course of my claim and were very helpful in assisting me to navigate the various processes and explaining how to complete the numerous amounts of paperwork.
