GBTrustworthy and professional For nearly 5 years, Nicola Meese (solicitor) and Emma have gone the extra mile with my complex claim. They always took the opportunity to explain to me. They made sure I received the help I needed. Although my claim is not yet settled, they are helping me. I was difficult case, as in the meantime many unseen problems arose. This was not helped because of covid and the situation in the world. I still felt well informed and looked after, They have been helping me and have worked with my issues all the time. GBCommunication is near zero unless I… Communication is near zero unless I chase them. My case is almost one year in, third party accepted liability months ago yet I’m still waiting for my excess to be refunded. Delay after delay with the majority caused by their lack of action
