GBIssue Solved! Customer service is nonexistent. We have been trying to get someone to help us for TWO MONTHS because their software is not properly reading our sales. They will reply to the initial email but stop replying to follow iOS. Update: Tax cloud reached out and fixed the issue promptly!

GBWe've been using TaxCloud since 2017 We've been using TaxCloud since 2017. First, I used them on an eCommerce project and since, they've become our primary sales tax software for both my software businesses. I'm a fan. They're API is clean and clear, their support team is responsive, and their pricing is definitely reasonable.

GBThis is a fine service as long as nothing goes wrong. This is a fine service as long as everything goes well. If you have any technical errors, the support is horrible though. We still are waiting for information over 3 months after reporting an issue. Have gotten 0 follow up. Update: I got a reply email from a VP after leaving review. I outlined the issues and breakdowns in communicates in great detail. Never heard back from him - kind of par for the course from Tax Cloud.

GBHorrible system Horrible system. Not good for anything. They overcharged us over $3 K and even though they acceopted their mistake, it's been a month and we are still waiting for our refund. They are incompetent and this system doesn't work. Once we collect our refund, we will never work with Tax Cloud. I receommend every user to check the charges this company makes. They don't know what they are doing

GBNo Customer Support Our company used to use TaxCloud but ended up having to switch to another provider after months of not being able to reach customer support by phone or email. Its strange how they will promptly reply to TrustPilot reviews just to save face but not their own support desk tickets. It’s so disappointing because this business has potential but no real execution of their mission!
