Franchesca held my hand and walked me through everything repeatedly without getting mad or upset and just kept answering my confusing questions no matter what they were... Not that I'm not confused, but I feel comfortable your company will guide me along the way as I add Tax Cloud to my website... Wish we would've found TaxCloud sooner Trying to navigate the confusing world of sales tax has been very frustrating for us over the last few years. One of our sites just doesn't work… One of our sites just doesn't work right. TaxCloud has us send a list of transactions the website has captured and they process it at the end of the month. The other site works ok now, but it took a while to get going. We had a "special need" earlier this year and TaxCloud worked on it - and somehow ended up registering us with a variety of state sales tax offices using one of customer's addresses!

Horrible system Horrible system. Not good for anything. They overcharged us over $3 K and even though they acceopted their mistake, it's been a month and we are still waiting for our refund. They are incompetent and this system doesn't work. Once we collect our refund, we will never work with Tax Cloud. I receommend every user to check the charges this company makes. They don't know what they are doing
