Issue Solved! Customer service is nonexistent. We have been trying to get someone to help us for TWO MONTHS because their software is not properly reading our sales. They will reply to the initial email but stop replying to follow iOS. Update: Tax cloud reached out and fixed the issue promptly!

Excellent and prompt customer service… Excellent and prompt customer service is available when and if the tax cloud service is down for some reason. The recovery time was also very short leading to minimal business impact. The system came already set up with Odoo and was very straightforward to use. We have been using taxcloud for the past 2+ years and are satisfied with the service we have received

No response to emails I've emailed a few times expressing my concern regarding my Amazon Sales Tax Report. The directions don't 100% match my TaxCloud account, so I'm not sure if you're actually getting my sales tax report? I've called on the phone only to be told to email. It would be nice if someone would answer my emails so that I know everything is working properly.

Best decision I made I dreaded the relaunch of our websites. At the top of the list: integrating sales tax. We couldn't use the same service as our in-house ERP system and I wasn't prepared for what I'd find and certainly hadn't budgeted for it. Turned out what cost extra with one service, was included with Tax Cloud. With TaxCloud, "I'll check and get back to you tomorrow" meant TOMORROW tomorrow not next week tomorrow! Signing up with TaxCloud was a no-brainer! Best and easiest decision I made.

Considering how complicated collecting tax is... Considering how complicated collecting the correct tax on the state and city level is, they make it simple to pay tax for any city/state in the USA. I could never imagine figuring all this tax stuff out after the fact by myself. TaxCloud makes it happen in real time through our web store plug-in and I just enjoy shipping products to far off states and calculating profits. :-)
