Franchesca held my hand and walked me through everything repeatedly without getting mad or upset and just kept answering my confusing questions no matter what they were... Not that I'm not confused, but I feel comfortable your company will guide me along the way as I add Tax Cloud to my website... So Far, So Good We are new member of TaxCloud. We are utilizing the service to help us accurately compute sales tax for a our business. So far things are great, the program integrated directly with our ERP/Accounting software (Odoo) and seems to be working well. Customer support was quick to address my initial questions. As we further implement over the next several weeks I'll report back if any changes to my score are necessary

Chris and Mark were both extremely competent and helpful. Then I had more in-depth Marketplace Tax questions and was introduced to Pat, VP of BizDev. Pat setup a time for a call with me and my co-founder and walked us though different options and gave us very transparent useful advice. Really appreciate all the help and look forward to using the product!

I have been dealing with Taxcloud for… I have been dealing with Taxcloud for over 1 year, and it seems their Square App does not work. Tech support says they are working on it but never get anything done. It seems they only had a few people working there. A disconnect with there development team and support team.

Disappointed so far You were really great when we were deciding ghetto go with your company. We did and since then service has been less than satisfactory.
