It is very user friendly if you follow the directions! The reason for only 4 stars - 1. There was no actual signature on the return receipt for the letter their service delivered. 2. Once the Demand Letter is generated, you cannot make any additions/changes to it.

Got a receipt, and tracking number very fast. Then out of the blue the crook who was going to rip me off, sent a photo of the demand letter attached to a signed check.
