The letter I paid for was never… The letter I paid for was never delivered. Now I don’t know how to retrieve it and the website from USPS wouldn’t allow me to schedule a redelivery. Now what??? JusticeDirect is a Much-Needed Service JusticeDirect is an excellent service that makes it possible for "regular" folks to navigate the legal system if need be. It is very user friendly if you follow the directions! The reason for only 4 stars - 1. There was no actual signature on the return receipt for the letter their service delivered. 2. Once the Demand Letter is generated, you cannot make any additions/changes to it.
