JusticeDirect is a Much-Needed Service JusticeDirect is an excellent service that makes it possible for "regular" folks to navigate the legal system if need be. It is very user friendly if you follow the directions! The reason for only 4 stars - 1. There was no actual signature on the return receipt for the letter their service delivered. 2. Once the Demand Letter is generated, you cannot make any additions/changes to it.

Got a receipt, and tracking number very fast. Then out of the blue the crook who was going to rip me off, sent a photo of the demand letter attached to a signed check. Our rent and Christmas are saved. Took less than a week in total. Don't tell them, show them you mean business utilizing justicedirect services.
