Peace of Mind I came across JusticeDirect after being scammed out of $2000 when I purchased a vehicle from an individual whom I thought was trustworthy. I was able to print a demand letter for free after using their template. I also went ahead and paid the fee to have them send a certified letter on my behalf for a very reasonable amount. Mis-communication … I want to say at first I was not happy with Justice Direct but it may have been my fault as I should of logged into my account instead of my emails although they did say they would email my tracking and conformation which I thought would be right away I logged into my account and there was a explanation as to when I would receive the info. I think it was miscommunication on both parts. I was very satisfied with there demand letter and the price of the demand letter was awesome. Thank you Justice direct

The letter I paid for was never… The letter I paid for was never delivered. Now I don’t know how to retrieve it and the website from USPS wouldn’t allow me to schedule a redelivery. Now what??? UPDATE 11/21/22- The letter was re-delivered. SUCCESS! I appreciate the follow up. Thanks for your attentiveness.

JusticeDirect is a Much-Needed Service JusticeDirect is an excellent service that makes it possible for "regular" folks to navigate the legal system if need be. It is very user friendly if you follow the directions! The reason for only 4 stars - 1. There was no actual signature on the return receipt for the letter their service delivered. 2. Once the Demand Letter is generated, you cannot make any additions/changes to it.
