I love their leather sandals - so beautiful and high quality, and I have several of their dresses. It is always worth the wait for such gorgeous items and I've always found their customer service really helpful. This brand is one of my all-time favourites.

AUBUYER BEWARE this is a scam site BUYER BEWARE this is a scam site. Luckily I paid via PayPal so got my money back a day after purchase, but they shipped my items 2 months later regardless and they are the worst things I’ve ever seen, incredibly ill made and crappy material, they are worse than clothing you might buy off Wish. AVOID

AUAnother Scammed Victim Purchased a dress, took weeks to arrive. Terrible quality and faulty. Returned for refund as per their advertised policy. Only to be told they are new owners and not liable to refund, that I need to claim from previous owner who has now gone bankrupt. After Many emails and lies they have kept my money and told me I can pursue my money back by lodging a small claims case in court. They have disclosed all comments on their social media accounts and blocked customers from allowing to see how many complaints there are. Just completely unethical scammers, I’m confused as to why they are still trading ?

AUWorst company I have ever dealt Worst company I have ever dealt with , ordered their ART Boots on 9/2/23 never to arrive ! After numeous Emails & told they were in there way , I eventually cancelled my order in June ! I then requested a refund ! Nearly a month later & still getting the run around via email with all the excuses of email backlogs ! Happy to take your money, but reluctant to honour a refund for non supply of goods in a timely manner . Very poor business practice !

AUIllegal trader Item received (eventually) and was faulty. Returned and told they couldn’t replace because they had no more stock. I asked for a refund as per consumer trading law and I get vague responses saying she’s “unable” to refund me and to “give her another chance”. I’ve lodged a dispute with Afterpay and with the Office of Fair Trading today. Please don’t trade with this dishonest company. New owner is now blaming the old owner for issues. She needs to honour all the returns and refunds if she’s acquired this business. I literally don’t care who owns it.
