Illegal trader Item received (eventually) and was faulty. Returned and told they couldn’t replace because they had no more stock. I asked for a refund as per consumer trading law and I get vague responses saying she’s “unable” to refund me and to “give her another chance”. I’ve lodged a dispute with Afterpay and with the Office of Fair Trading today. Please don’t trade with this dishonest company. New owner is now blaming the old owner for issues. She needs to honour all the returns and refunds if she’s acquired this business. I literally don’t care who owns it.

WORST COMPANY & CUSTOMER SERVICE The first time you purchase something from Bec Sheehan (Mahli the Label) she will give you a great experience! Then the second time they will F you over completely, Bec Sheehan takes advantage of all her customers by promising them an item they will never receive!!!! You will hear it's on a boat, then a plane and then a boat again but your item will never arrive in Australia!!!! BEST part is that when you order they don't even tell you it's PRE-ORDER.....YAY! I've waiting 6 months for a dress, they can't even respond to an email within a week, it takes 2 weeks at least. Still waiting for a refund after 6 months and have now gone to the ACCC.

As I've bought several times before I will happily be coming back to Mahli the label in the future. Thank yall so much!!!!

SCAMMERS! REPORT THIS COMPANY. Scamming hundreds of people. Stealing money from suppliers and customers. Not sending orders. Lying over and over again. If you’re reading this and have had a similar experience with Mahli the Label, report the company to Fair Traiding Aus, ASIC or Consumer Affairs. Or all of the above if you can. This company needs to be shut down. If you have been scammed, report to your bank! It may take some time but they will get you your money back. Do not let these people steal from you. This company is a disgrace.

Worst company I have ever dealt Worst company I have ever dealt with , ordered their ART Boots on 9/2/23 never to arrive ! After numeous Emails & told they were in there way , I eventually cancelled my order in June ! I then requested a refund ! Nearly a month later & still getting the run around via email with all the excuses of email backlogs ! Happy to take your money, but reluctant to honour a refund for non supply of goods in a timely manner . Very poor business practice !
