NZSCAMMERS! REPORT THIS COMPANY. Scamming hundreds of people. Stealing money from suppliers and customers. Not sending orders. Lying over and over again. If you’re reading this and have had a similar experience with Mahli the Label, report the company to Fair Traiding Aus, ASIC or Consumer Affairs. Or all of the above if you can. This company needs to be shut down. If you have been scammed, report to your bank! It may take some time but they will get you your money back. Do not let these people steal from you. This company is a disgrace.

AUAbsolutely terrible experience Absolutely terrible experience. Ordered boots that took over 6 months to arrive. Poor communication. No compensation offered. I am a small business owner myself so I’m blindsided but such dirt poor customer service and communication. The boots are made from absolute crap, they are now leaking this terrible white crap all over the from that can’t be washed off with leather cleaner. DO NOT order from the site.

AUSCAMMERS SCAMMERS - Clearly I am another person who has been scammed by this company. Nearly 5 months later, no item, $200+ down and now all all email and contact being ignored. I am contacting trading standards and suggest others do the same

GBSomething fishy Like other people, I found them off insta but a few weeks after I placed my order still no shipping notification. They claimed my order was a pre-order but i didnt see anything like that when i checked out. Then I googled them and saw all the reviews of people who three months out did not receive their packages. I went into defense mode and emailed them. They reassured me they werent a scam but my guard was up. I asked them to cancel my order and they readily agreed and continued to follow up but never did. I opened a claim in paypal and ultimately was refunded by paypal. They claimed they werent a scam but they are.

AUAnother Scammed Victim Purchased a dress, took weeks to arrive. Terrible quality and faulty. Returned for refund as per their advertised policy. Only to be told they are new owners and not liable to refund, that I need to claim from previous owner who has now gone bankrupt. After Many emails and lies they have kept my money and told me I can pursue my money back by lodging a small claims case in court. They have disclosed all comments on their social media accounts and blocked customers from allowing to see how many complaints there are. Just completely unethical scammers, I’m confused as to why they are still trading ?
