Would never use the service again Guy was not professional. Communication was poor Rushed service. Found a local service for the rest of my family that had better customer service. No need to call me, not using service again.

Confident and what they do I was told that I would have my visa within 28 days, they provided the visa and they maintained contact and answered questions when I called regarding the progress of my visa app. It was nearly the same cost if I went to the consulate myself, but the consulate could not guarantee that I would have it in 30 days, more like 60, and they also wanted my documents for approval. I had a peace of mind that my trip to Brasil was a GO!

I had a great experiance, and the folks are very professional & pleasent to work with. From the moment that I started working with these folks, they made things SO smooth & easy to understand. They took their time explaining the process, what I would need to do & then what they would be doing. I dealt with 2 or 3 different people, and they were all very helpful, professional & pleasant to speak with, which also made the process easier. I REALLY appreciate these folks & visapassporpro's, and feel that if they had not been available, I would have had a very difficult time getting all the paperwork completed accurately & on time. Expensive, but works I used Visa Passport Pro when I needed my passport done in a week. Even though I had 1 week to do, I had to use 2-day option because of "processing time" and travel time by mail. These guys are going to get paid. So bear that in mind. The staffer that I talked to was courteous and professional, and when there was a possible weather delay on my order, they called to let me know, and my order still arrived before my departure date. If you can possibly get your passport done through normal means, do it. Don't wait like I did. But if you do need it done at the last minute, they will get it done for you.

Fast, efficient and worry free service. I got my passport very quickly. Everyone I talked to on the phone was helpful, courteous and friendly. It saved me a lot of time, worry and concern about getting my passport renewed quickly. I would highly recommend this company, they are awesome.
