For me it was excellent, but for my companion it was a nightmare. My companion needed a third party to track down the location of a passport and eventaully a visa. Expensive, but works I used Visa Passport Pro when I needed my passport done in a week. Even though I had 1 week to do, I had to use 2-day option because of "processing time" and travel time by mail. These guys are going to get paid. So bear that in mind. The staffer that I talked to was courteous and professional, and when there was a possible weather delay on my order, they called to let me know, and my order still arrived before my departure date. If you can possibly get your passport done through normal means, do it. Don't wait like I did. But if you do need it done at the last minute, they will get it done for you.
