Worst company ever!! Worst company ever!!! I spent 3,000 dollars on two sennheizer mics. One of them was defective when I opened box. I reached back out to get a replacement unit and they literally stopped returning my emails. After the 30 day return policy they reached back out and said send it to sennheizer. These guys are legitimately dishonest and I would highly recommend not using this company. I should have read the reviews on this company before spending 3,000 dollars on my first audio!! Super disheartening.

These guys are crooks These guys are crooks! Placed an order on May 21. After reading several complaints....I canceled the order within an hour. Received an email from rep saying he'll check with shipping and get back to me. He never did. I followed up several times via email and phone all which were not returned or answered. Disputed the charge with Affirm. Today learn Affirm sided with ProAudioStar and I'm responsible for the loan on a product I never received. Now I'm being proactive and discovered tons of complaints on line and facebook about ProAudioStar.There are dozens of complaints of taking money and not shipping product. Next step is seeking legal advice.

AmateurAudioStar Very shady company. Read all the reviews. You'll see a very distinct pattern. They are good at taking people's money, but poor at shipping and providing customer service post-sale. They also misrepresent the condition and quality of their used gear.

I ordered a guitar and receieved it… I ordered a guitar and receieved it damged, but not no damage to the box or package. I contacted them for a replacement and it took a month to get the replacement. Guess what? Also damaged, but again, no damage to packaging. I have a pretty good feeling at this point, they are selling damaged equipment knowingly. I'm done with them.

Fantastic customer service It turns out I purchased the wrong guitar for me. After requesting a return, ProAudioStar responded without delay, kept communications open, arranged a RMA and label. Once received they quickly issued a full refund with no additional charges. Outstanding service!
