GBNo hassle refund for new guitar returned for defects I ordered a relatively pricey new guitar which they shipped in brand new unopened box condition. Upon opening the box and included case and examining the guitar I identified what I felt were manufacturer’s defects, and requested to return the guitar for a refund. After I wrote to them with attached photos they promptly sent me a prepaid shipping label, and issued a full refund two days after they received return of the guitar, no hassles.

GBSubstandard - Buy Elsewhere Whoever is in charge of this company's Facebook advertising is doing a poor job and the ads are formatted in properly so that if you want to know what the product actually is you have to click on it. This is a waste of time for the customer and it's a waste of money for the company. I commented on a couple of their erroneous ads and my comments were deleted so I sent them a Facebook message with examples of ads by Sweetwater and musicians friend and American musical Supply and rather than learn something, whoever the thin-skinned person was that got my message just blocked me and wrote me off. Big mistake.

GBThese guys are crooks These guys are crooks! Placed an order on May 21. After reading several complaints....I canceled the order within an hour. Received an email from rep saying he'll check with shipping and get back to me. He never did. I followed up several times via email and phone all which were not returned or answered. Disputed the charge with Affirm. Today learn Affirm sided with ProAudioStar and I'm responsible for the loan on a product I never received. Now I'm being proactive and discovered tons of complaints on line and facebook about ProAudioStar.There are dozens of complaints of taking money and not shipping product. Next step is seeking legal advice.

GBTHEY ARE CROOKS THEY ARE CROOKS Lied up initiatiating a refund on an item I never received. Told me to call my bank, I did, no refund initiated. They said they'd have a manager call me in 5 mins, never heard back. Super shady.

GBI’ve ordered many items I’ve ordered many items - guitars, amp, pedals, microphones, keyboards, etc., and never once had a problem. Actually, I had one problem with a Nord Piano. ProAudioStar put me in touch with the US distributor. The distributor gave me option of returning the piano or getting a huge discount and they’d send me the new wooden side panel that was cracked. They sent me two new side panels and knocked a few hundred off the price. I’ve read the reviews but I swear, proaudiostar has never let me down. Im a real person, a longtime customer and professional musician. The deals are always stellar and only one time did an item marked “used” actually look used. Everything else has been new condition in an open box. I admit, sometimes the prices are too good but again, they’ve been great.
