I contacted customer service via email I contacted customer service via email. I explained my problem. I was contacted by customer service within 10 minutes. I was told my problem had been resolved and how to access my on-line magazine. It worked! I had 2 followup emails from customer service inquiring if I was satisfied and offering me additional support if I needed it. Very satisfied with prompt service and follow up.

Zinio is a great app for magazines… Zinio is a great app for magazines subscription! The customer service is very resourceful and patient! The customer service, Tom, has helped me resolve all kinds of issues I had within a very short period of time. I am very happy that I can read all kinds of magazines across the world!

No clutter, read anywhere They have a wide selection of magazines that you can choose from and great subscription rates too. Since the files are in digital form you can read anywhere for as long as you have a gadget in you. It has all the advantages - it won't burn, it won't get torn, it won't eat your space unlike having paper magazines that will clutter your home or office in the long run. Good job. Highly recommended.

Terrible Windows Tablet support Support for Windows tablet devices has been terrible since the Windows 8 app was withdrawn. Using the 'article' mode touch scrolling often skips to previous/next article making long articles extremely frustrating to read. The 'WebApp' online reader asks you to log in constantly. Surely I am not the only person trying to read on a Microsoft Surface device? Why is this experience so much worse than pampered Apple owners? Update: Zinio finally taking this seriously - will update review with the outcome
