Since the files are in digital form you can read anywhere for as long as you have a gadget in you. It has all the advantages - it won't burn, it won't get torn, it won't eat your space unlike having paper magazines that will clutter your home or office in the long run. Good job. GBI contacted customer service via email I contacted customer service via email. I explained my problem. I was contacted by customer service within 10 minutes. I was told my problem had been resolved and how to access my on-line magazine. It worked! I had 2 followup emails from customer service inquiring if I was satisfied and offering me additional support if I needed it. Very satisfied with prompt service and follow up.

GBExcellent customer service I ordered a digital subscription in error but the customer service team at Zinio were brilliant. They cancelled my order straight away and followed up with emails to make sure I'd received the refund. Couldn't fault it. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them if I ever wanted a digital subscription in the future.

GBUpdate and renewal I needed to update payment and address details on renewal. They told me how to do this and also offered me a 20% discount on the renewal which I accepted and subscribed for another 12 months. I like the fact that it's a one-off payment up front and that's it for the year.

ZAsubs transfer assistance A magazine I subscribed to had been discontinued with 3 issues still remaining. The help desk very quickly resolved the issue and gave me a voucher to use for another magazine I was interested in. I could find no fault with their handling of the query at all.
