No clutter, read anywhere They have a wide selection of magazines that you can choose from and great subscription rates too. Since the files are in digital form you can read anywhere for as long as you have a gadget in you. It has all the advantages - it won't burn, it won't get torn, it won't eat your space unlike having paper magazines that will clutter your home or office in the long run. Good job. I contacted customer service via email I contacted customer service via email. I explained my problem. I was contacted by customer service within 10 minutes. I was told my problem had been resolved and how to access my on-line magazine. It worked! I had 2 followup emails from customer service inquiring if I was satisfied and offering me additional support if I needed it. Very satisfied with prompt service and follow up.
