GBExcellent customer service I ordered a digital subscription in error but the customer service team at Zinio were brilliant. They cancelled my order straight away and followed up with emails to make sure I'd received the refund. Couldn't fault it. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them if I ever wanted a digital subscription in the future.

GBAvoid Issues are typically not available on ZINIO until weeks after actually published. Currently two issues of my subscription have been published, neither is available on Zinio, 1 is 6 weeks after publication and the other 2 weeks after publication. Not fit for purpose, avoid

AEThe support agent immediately came on… The support agent immediately came on line, as I was having problems placing orders. Other sites, you may have to wait an indeterminate amount of time. I've been a client of Zinio for many years, and have always been very satisfied with its service.

ZAYou respond so quickly and professionally I found it difficult to change the email address that I had been using to a new mail address and couldn’t locate where to access it in the site. A personal message that wasn’t A BOT 🤖 makes all the difference.

GBI contacted customer service via email I contacted customer service via email. I explained my problem. I was contacted by customer service within 10 minutes. I was told my problem had been resolved and how to access my on-line magazine. It worked! I had 2 followup emails from customer service inquiring if I was satisfied and offering me additional support if I needed it. Very satisfied with prompt service and follow up.
