Excellent customer service I ordered a digital subscription in error but the customer service team at Zinio were brilliant. They cancelled my order straight away and followed up with emails to make sure I'd received the refund. Couldn't fault it. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them if I ever wanted a digital subscription in the future.

subs transfer assistance A magazine I subscribed to had been discontinued with 3 issues still remaining. The help desk very quickly resolved the issue and gave me a voucher to use for another magazine I was interested in. I could find no fault with their handling of the query at all.

Loving the Zinio experience Loving the Zinio experience. Trying desperately to get away from piles of magazines, but still have the awesome 'magazine' experience. And it's fab with Zinio.. and their assistance is fabulous. If you experience a problem (like forget to take off your 'automatic renew subscription') they will assist. Really fab assistance every time I've needed it. Thank you. Also love that you can ACTUALLY reach someone, which isn't always the case these days when you experience a problem. Thank you!

Fantastic customer service and a great app I use this app on my ipad, it's really intuitive and a great, environmentally friendly way to read magazines. I recently had an issue with a magazine subscription auto-renewing earlier than expected before I could cancel it. I reached out to Zinio via their website who responded and resolved the issue within just a few hours. Fantastic service! Zinio often have offers on their subscriptions and I'm looking forward to choosing my next magazine with them.

WITHIN MINUTES I WAS ENJOYING THE LATEST MARTHA STEWART LIVING MAGAZINE. THAT MEANS A LOT TO SOMEONE OF MY AGE WHO IS NOT COMFORTABLE WITH ALL THINGS DIGITAL.
